Use the help center for immediate product instructions. For an account-specific issue, email support@zillasales.com or use the support widget when it is available on the site.

Zilla Sales Help Center search and account-type filters

Choose the right route

  • Product instructions: Search the Help Center first.
  • Account, billing, listing, or contact-data issue: Email support or use the support widget.
  • Managed Campaign fit discussion: Use the fit-call contact action shown with the current Managed Campaign offer, or email support with “Managed Campaign fit” in the subject.
  • Legal or privacy request: Use the contact route stated in the current Terms or Privacy Policy.

The support widget is an asynchronous support channel. A message is saved for the team, but the widget should not be treated as guaranteed instant live chat or a guaranteed phone callback.

Send enough context for a useful reply

Include:

  • Company name and the email used for the account
  • The relevant listing or rep-profile link
  • The exact action you attempted
  • Error text and approximate time
  • A screenshot when the issue is visual
  • The specific outcome you need

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, complete card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

For “is Zilla right for my business?” questions

Describe the product, target buyer, channel, required territories, and compensation model. Support can explain the platform and current offer, but cannot promise a fixed number of interested reps, a hire, or a sales result.

If you choose a self-service plan, your company is expected to review matches and applications, spend credits selectively, and proactively contact relevant reps. If you want Zilla to conduct outreach, screen responses, confirm interest, and coordinate conversations, ask whether Managed Campaign is appropriate.
