  • Business: company, website, role, industry, territories.
  • Profile/qualification data: experience, lines carried, call points, preferences.
  • Opportunity data: postings, requirements, messages, notes.
  • Payment data: processed by third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Usage data: log files, device/browser info, IP, and analytics events.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, advertising, and performance. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but some features may not function.

  • Authentication & preference cookies to keep you signed in and remember settings.
  • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage and improve the Platform.
  • Advertising & conversion (e.g., Google Ads/AdWords, Meta Pixel) to measure and improve ad performance and retarget visitors.
  • Email pixels to track opens/clicks for transactional and marketing messages.
  • Other service providers (e.g., A/B testing, performance monitoring) that may set cookies or similar identifiers.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization through Google and Meta ad settings. Browser-level tracking protection and private browsing can further reduce tracking.
