Matching looks at what you sell, who buys it, how it's sold and where, not just an industry label. Enter your website or product at the top of this page and the free preview shows how many reps match, with sample profiles, before you pay. Specialized markets can have only a few strong fits, so if your preview looks off, email support@zillasales.com before buying.

Posting your opportunity and previewing matches is free. Once approved, your listing can appear on the rep job board where reps can apply, but you need a paid plan to see contact details. Paid plans add contact credits, rolling rep recommendations for your opportunity, profile browsing and paid listing placement, with your first shortlist within 48 hours of activating.

One credit reveals the available contact details for one rep. Reopening a rep you've already unlocked doesn't use another credit, and unlocked contacts stay accessible after your plan ends. A credit buys access to reach out, not a guaranteed reply, meeting or hire.

Not necessarily. A recommendation means the rep's profile evidence, such as territory, buyers and line card, suggests a fit. Applicants are reps who responded to your listing. Self-service plans don't include interviews or confirmed interest: your team reaches out, confirms availability and checks references directly. Send each rep a message about why your line fits their buyers, and follow up if you don't hear back.

No. There are no success fees, placement fees or per-hire charges, and we take no cut of commissions. You agree terms with each rep or agency and pay them directly; reps are independent contractors and Zilla Sales isn't party to your agreement. Hiring several reps adds no fee; unlocking a new rep's contact details uses one of your plan's credits.

You pay when you activate a plan at checkout, which shows today's charge and the renewal amount. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans yearly. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing & Plan to stop the next renewal; access normally continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund the current term on its own.

First-time paid customers: if you do not receive qualified matches within 30 days of purchase, email support@zillasales.com within that window for a full refund of your initial term. Renewals aren't covered. Replies and hires depend on your offer and outreach, so we don't guarantee them. Terms
