Team access: invite colleagues to your company workspace
Growth includes 3 users who share one company workspace and its contact credits. Launch includes 1 user.
Team access lets colleagues work in the same company workspace instead of sharing a login.
Who is included
- Launch (monthly or annual) includes 1 user: the account owner.
- Growth (monthly or annual) includes 3 users: the account owner plus 2 teammates.
- Plans bought before team access (the earlier Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual plans) and Managed Campaign on its own include 1 user.
There is no extra charge per user, and prices and contact credits are unchanged. Everyone on the team shares the plan's contact credits; there are no per-user credit limits.
What the team shares
Owners and members work in one workspace with the same:
- opportunities and their recommendations
- applicants and their status
- unlocked rep contacts (a contact unlocked by one teammate is unlocked for everyone, with no second credit)
- favourites and shortlists
- contact credits
Unlocks and favourites show which teammate made them. Unlocks made before your company used team access are shown without a name.
What owners and members can do
| Owner | Member | |
|---|---|---|
| Post and edit opportunities, review applicants | Yes | Yes |
| Unlock contacts with shared credits, save favourites | Yes | Yes |
| Change the plan, billing, invoices or payment method | Yes | No |
| Edit the company profile and logo | Yes | No |
| Invite, resend, revoke or remove teammates | Yes | No |
| Transfer ownership | Yes | No |
| Leave the team | Transfer first | Yes |
AI assistant connections are personal: members see and revoke only the connections they created. Owners can see and revoke every connection in the workspace.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Team.
- Enter your colleague's work email and select Send invite.
- They receive an email with a link that is valid for 7 days and works once.
Pending invitations hold a seat until they are accepted, revoked or expire. Resend emails a fresh link and immediately disables the previous one.
Accept an invitation
Opening the link does not add anyone to the team. The invitee signs in, or creates an account, with the invited email address and then selects Accept and join. If they are signed in with a different email, they are asked to switch accounts. Rep accounts and people who already belong to another company workspace cannot join, and nothing about their existing account is changed.
Downgrades, cancellation and payment problems
If the plan changes to one that includes fewer users, or the subscription ends, pending invitations that no longer fit are revoked and teammates beyond the plan's limit are paused (in the order they joined). Paused teammates keep their login and preferences; their access returns if the company upgrades again, or the owner can remove them. While a renewal payment is outstanding, teammates keep working but new contact unlocks are paused for everyone until the owner updates billing.
Ownership and account deletion
The owner can make any active member the new owner from Settings → Team. The previous owner stays on the team as a member, and billing receipts go to the new owner.
An owner whose workspace still has members must transfer ownership or remove them before deleting their account. When a member deletes their account they simply leave the team; the company, its plan and its credits are unaffected.
Email preferences
Each person manages their own email preferences in Settings → Notifications. Matching updates, application alerts and product emails go to each eligible teammate under their own settings, and unsubscribing affects only that person. Billing, payment and plan-purchase emails go to the owner only.
