COMMISSION STRUCTURE: 20% INITIAL + 10% RECURRING Sales Affiliates receive 20% of Commissionable Revenue from the first qualifying paid Subscriber transaction and 10% of qualifying subsequent recurring subscription revenue, subject to the current Sales Affiliate Agreement and applicable attribution, earning, hold, refund, reversal and other terms.
